Biosketch:
Emiliano Ricci is a researcher at the LBMC (ENS de Lyon) studying RNA metabolism and translational control in the context of immunity and viral infection. His work investigates how immune cells and viruses reprogram gene expression through post-transcriptional mechanisms, with a particular focus on remodeling of ribosome composition and selective mRNA translation. In parallel, his group develops viral vector–based technologies for protein delivery, including the retrovirus-derived Nanoblades platform for CRISPR-Cas9 delivery.
